Returns & Refunds: 

Not happy? Join the club, we aren't either at the moment. But no worries matey, we totally got you. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


The Rules:

Okay, listen up: this is how we're going to handle it. If you want to return or exchange the item(s). there are a few basic rules here:

 

  1. You have 14 days to submit your return/exchange request starting from the day of receipt.
  2. Ensure the item is in perfect condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and therefore new), including all original labels attached.
  3. Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover these costs in the event of a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
  4. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


The Return:

Understood? Grrrreat. So to be more specific, this is how you can return or exchange items:

  1. Contact us via the contact page.
  2. You will receive instructions from us on how to return the product.
  3. Pack your item neatly with all original tags and accessories.
  4. Send the goods back to us.
  5. You will receive your refund within 10 business days.


Exchange?

No problemo yo! Indicate this in your return message and we will make sure to reserve the item you wish to exchange for you. We will cover the shipping costs for the new item: no stress!


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
